Fails to launch on Kubuntu 14.04 64bit

Tried the latest release (0.2.2) here on my Kubuntu 14.04 64bit and I get the following error when trying to start it from the launcher: "Uncaught exception thrown in Thread[LWJGL Renderer Thread,5,main] ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException -1"

Source is the path separator in several XML files, XML loading should be re-written to send all paths through a path separator scrubber that substitutes the OS specific path for every separator making the system bullet proof regardless of what is written on the XML.
