Suggestion: Baritone Overlay only when there's a task running

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Somehow yes, the issue is that the overlay takes up 2 lines of space which could be used by other stuff (for example the chat which often gets hidden by the overlay)

Describe the solution you'd like Add a option to the Baritone config in the HUD module that only shows the Process and Time Left text when baritone has a task running
