Bag "Alt" button

I faced such a problem in the impact cheat, when I hold down the "alt" the camera turns, but the character does not turn, and as I press the alt, the camera returns to its original place. Could you help with this problem?

i think that can be switched off with .perspective toggle if not i should probably start using the client again so i know what im talking about
