Bot leaves users marked as restricted

Most people that pass the captcha get marked as restricted for some reason, even if there is no actual restriction.

For example, here in the green chat, this user is shown as restricted by the bot right after entering the chat (and successfully solving the captcha), even if there is nothing they are restricted in:

Probably our code introduced in #10 doesn't work correctly? Need to investigate.
