Revisit some packages in suggest

pkgdown have problem installing packages that are only available in github, and some packages in suggest are only on github. Temporarily, the following has been removed from the DESCRIPTION file:

  • rgdal
  • rgeos
  • cytofruv

rgdal and rgeos have been retired from cran. So not sure where to install them from. run.ruv function seem to not need cytofruv package as the functions to run ruv is in it.
