Adapting conversion of data.table to sce for input data.frame

In the mean time, I wonder if you could help me adapt the tutorial for converting data.table to sce for data.frame as an input? On the surface, dt and df look the same but I want to make sure the conversion does not lead to unexpected behaviour in resulting sce.
