Using C in a step kind of defeats the point of Forth - a self contained system that is *NOT* yet another variation on the Bell Labs computing vision
The only other system that has cultural similarity with Forth is Lisp and that's on another totally different abstraction level altogether. Beyond the islands of Forth and Lisp, everything else...
Though we could always just bring in LLVM..

Like when you are selecting the type of app e.g. web app, or JS app. When the page refreshes it doesn't hold the state since the router URL isn't updated.
No idea, seems to be mostly for some internal accounting/payroll system porting according to the documentation at least (if you run it through Google Translate).
