New folder structure - Eliminates duplicate files

No more duplicate files - easier maintenance and smaller repository size

This PR fails the checks because the folder structure is different so the C/C++ CI cannot find the files to compile.

Should this PR be merged, it is necessary to update the build paths in https://github.com/Immediate-Mode-UI/Nuklear/blob/master/.github/workflows/ccpp.yml
