Selection of DICOM server does not work as expected

Steps to reproduce:

1. Specify IDC DICOM proxy as the server in the popup: https://proxy.imaging.datacommons.cancer.gov/current/viewer-only-no-downloads-see-tinyurl-dot-com-slash-3j3d9jyp/dicomWeb -> able to connect, and worklist shows what is expected
2. Build the URL to point to a specific study from this server: https://slim-dmv.web.app/studies/2.25.68803095896966276583382138924964839274 -> no success
