Sample of Multiple Focal Plane DICOM

Hi All...we understand DICOM-Microscopy-Viewer doesn't yet support multiple focal planes. (https://github.com/ImagingDataCommons/slim/issues/123) We're interested in potentially working on the challenge.

We wanted to find out if anyone has a few sample z-stack WSI in DICOM (either generated by a scanner or converted according to spec.)

Is this something you might know of @dclunie?
