Add possibility to perform a full stop, not just pausing

When scrolling and pressing the space bar, (or a remote's key mapped to that) the prompter pauses, however you cannot resume scrolling using the dedicated keyboard shortcuts, only un-pause the scroll with the spacebar.

Can the action be set to set the scroll speed to '0' instead of pause?

The upcoming version 2.5 allows customizing keyboard inputs. Nevertheless, there's no key to perform a full stop on Imaginary Teleprompter. It would be a nice addition so I'm marking this as an enhancement for 2.5.

What you can do now in 2.4 is change the velocity while paused and then un-pause at a different velocity or at 0 velocity.
