Allow Focus Area between Top Focus and Middle Focus

I like the Idea to have a WebCam Mode with the Focus on Top. But while using Teleprompter on my last Lecture with Zoom, i would like to see the last Line go out of the Focus until it moves out of my screen. Sometimes I change my speaking pace a bit to create tension. Maybe its possible to make an additional Focus Mode available, which is between Top Focus and Middle Focus. Just have one or two Lines above the Top Focus would be great.
