Window does not maintain position in certain circumstances

To Reproduce

1. Open ImageOptim.app
2. Open Prefences... Cmd+,
3. Focus Main window (essential step)
4. Quit ImageOptim.app
5. Reopen ImageOptim.app

Expected

Main window should remain in the same position throughout

Actual

On reopening (step 5) the Main window appears where the Preferences window was located

Notes

Quitting with focus on Preferences window will not encounter the issue.
