Exit and entry codes - 60 sec

Hi. After reading your documentation i was pretty disappointed that 60 sec exit and entry codes dont exist for V1, but then i have tried property values 70 and 71 and it actually works. Could you please update the documentation?

I don't own a v1 keypad to test with, so the v1 work is entirely a community contribution. If you can do the testing and figure out more accurate information, PRs are welcome.
