Installing error

Hi,

I'm trying to install this package from source. Unfortunately, no luck. Can you please tell me how to fix this. Alternatively, if you have a precompiled version, that would be great.

Same problem with R3.1.3

Make sure to be running as an admin. That's caused issues for people before.

Thanks for the reply. I find the problem is that I did not install the Rtools properly.
