CharaStudio: Lack of vertical positioning

"Grabbing" the world works, but at times can be very tedious. General 3D rotation, as described in the readme, does not work. Something akin to PageUp/PageDown would be appreciated, or perhaps the option to "Warp (position) to Crosshair".
