Add Frontend Mentor badge

Description

I've added a badge for Frontend Mentor using the slug and logo color from Simple Icons.

Please note that the logo on Frontend Mentor's site actually has two colors, the one below and a lighter blue. This style uses the darker blue as the badge color and white for the logo color in order to keep with the syntax of the other badges.
