Wrong displaying when open a new terminal maximized

Describe the bug

The prompt displays incorrectly sometimes if the terminal emulator is launched maximized.

Steps to reproduce

0. (I'm using GNOME and added a key binding (Super + T) to run gnome-terminal --window --maximize.)
1. Open terminal (with the key).
2. It probably occurs.

This happens on Black Box terminal emulator also, even when it's not maximized. I don't know why, but it only appears when the emulator launched, and clear works normally.
