Not a bug, but maybe a behavior that should be changed. For simple statuses, (e.g. `false`), the `character` item already shows the status by changing color, so there's no need...
I undid the administrative stuff you did (leave that to me 😄), and I'm also not currently going to be making the node item not display when bun does. But...
This is actually quite complex unfortunately. I'll have to do some digging and thinking about how to best deal with this. Here's a sneak peek of the complexity which arises...
Do you have `git` in your prompt items? What does `echo $tide_left_prompt_items` show you? EDIT: Also, your fish startup time is insanely long. You should try to limit the stuff...
Could you run `_tide_item_git 2>/dev/null` in that directory? This is indeed very strange.
Adding files that conflict should be easy. That's a good point about OMF though. I suppose generally uninstall.fish is going to be an issue, just like it is right now...
Scuba now ignores uninstall.fish, so that part of the issue is gone, but the rest requires a bit more care. I'd wager that 95% of the time that someone runs...
I've been using https://github.com/Jannchie/ruff-ignore-explainer, which works great, but it would be lovely to have it folded into the main Ruff extension
> @IlanCosman did you close this as "won't fix"? Or you just plan some alternative implementation? No, I just closed everything from before 2025 because it's easier to come back...
Can you see if the startup time is still high outside of a git repository, and with `zoxide init fish | source` commented out? I think what might be happening...
