Added the ability to configure endpoints and their fallbacks in metadata

I love this idea, but i think these should also override the suffixes for domain.com/path/to/metadata/{sessionserver, authserver, etc.}

Yeah, sorry, i was using the bundled jar in my launcher instead of the artifact here lmao, btw, i think this should be a PR in the [Unmojang Fork](https://github.com/unmojang/authlib-injector)
