Revive Beacon infinite use glitch

you can use a revive beacon to revive someone but not consume the beacon.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. eliminate someone
  2. obtain a revive beacon
  3. use the revive beacon
  4. drop the revive beacon
  5. revive someone
  6. pickup the revive beacon

@bendy1234 Fixed this in the new version, expect a release soon!

*I disabled dropping because otherwise it would cause too much hassle
