Issue with nether and overworld heart save

Bascially, I had a glitch on my server where, My friend had 10 hearts in the overworld. He went into the nether, and did /lswithdraw 9, to put him on 1 heart. Upon him leaving the nether and going to the overworld, He had 10 hearts in the overworld, but still had the hearts in his inventory. He should have lost the hearts for all dimentions

I sadly had to disable lifesteal becuase of this glitch Any ideas?

@JJoshyyy I've forgotten about this issue lol, however there is now an option in the latest version of the plugin (2.3.18 as of writing this) which allows disabling that.
