Option to set specific amount of ships to use in transports

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Partially. This would fix the problem of transportation processes bugging each other out when ran simultaneously.

Describe the solution you'd like Option to select a specific amount (or all) of ships to be used in all transportation based functions (buy/sell, transport, distribute etc).
