support advanced mode

Advanced mode would be the mode, where issues with more "hard" labels are being found. They don't necessarily means "up for grabs", so it might be useful only if you've made some contributions already, have solid experience with domain, etc

those are probably just medium, hard, enhancement, investigation, etc
