I tried to make a custom facebook phishing page but otp doesent work.

Hello, as it says in the title i tried to make a custom phishing website with 3 webpages. Everything worked well till the OTP started to don't show up. I tried everything. If someone knows HTML better please tell me whats wrong. The files of the phishing page are in the ufile link below.
