[Tab] [iOS] Scrolling problem - Tabs get hidden after tapping several times on the scroll buttons

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open Tabs component in Safari https://www.infragistics.com/products/ignite-ui-web-components/web-components/components/layouts/tabs
  2. Go to the sample with scroll buttons
  3. Tap on the Next (right) arrow of the Tab several times, till the tabs end
  4. Tap on the Prev (left) arrow of the Tab several times, till the tabs end

Result After 3. and 4. the tabs container gets empty, tabs disappear (either on left or right side)

To again show the content inside, you have to tap and drag in the middle of the container

Expected When reaching the end (or the beginning) of the tabs, the scroll button becomes disabled and tabs are still visible inside the container.

Environment iPhone SE 2020 iOS 18.6.2 Safari

This behaviour affects also the Stream Manager.
