Chip slotted components aren't displaying correctly

Description

When the chip has slotted components, they should appear in the chip with the same size. For example the igc-avatar and igc-circular-progress in the following screenshot:

Reproduction

Open the chip sample and add a slotted igc-avatar or igc-circular-progress

Workaround

All slotted components should inherit the chip size.

Is this a regression?

No or unsure. This never worker, or I haven't tried before.
