How to add custom icons to the stack (left and right side of the stack used to expand and collapse the panels)

Current Behavior

We don't have any option to add any custom icons to the stack.

Expected Behavior

We should have provision to add custom custom icons to stack as per below screen shot. Using those custom icons actions, we can expand and collapse the right and left panel of the layout.
