"Add" and "Cancel" buttons do not work in Hierarchical grid with batch editing

Description

Both buttons - Add and Cancel that are inside the Add singer dialog are not working. The only way to close the dialog is via Escape key.

• Ignite UI CLI version: 9.x.x
• Framework: Angular
• Project type: igx-ts

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a new Ignite UI for Angular project
2. Add Hierarchical grid with batch editing view
3. Run the project and open the dialog
4. Click the "Cancel" or "Add" button

Result

The dialog is not closed when clicking "Cancel" The new item is not added when clicking "Add"

Expected result

The dialog closes when clicking "Cancel" The new item is added when clicking "Add"
