Replace hardcoded strings with resource strings for IgxCombo and IgxSimpleCombo

Description

There is a hardcoded string "Clear Selection" in the markup for the igx-combo and igx-simple-combo which should be added in the resource strings and "Add item" could be replaced with the already existing resource string in both files.
