Pivot Grid Header size is not correctly reflected based on density

Description

The Pivot Grid headers do not size correctly for the small and medium display density.

• igniteui-angular version: 18.0.x
• browser: any

Steps to reproduce

1. Open the Pivot Grid State demo
2. Set the following var in the host: --ig-size: var(--ig-size-small);
3. Set superCompactMode to false in the template
4. Observe the column headers

Result

The headers inside are smaller but their actual height is not and the border appear to not be going to the above headers cell because of that.

Expected result

The headers should size correctly.
