Refactor: Remove grid hardcoded width and height values

Description

There are couple of properties defaultHeaderGroupMinWidth defaultSummaryHeight which have hardcoded values for width/height. They are used in the whole grid and its services.

Expected result

Those values should probably come from the theme or some other way that they are not hardcoded
