IgxCombo, IgxSimpleCombo: missing tabIndex property

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

IgxCombo and IgxSimpleCombo are the only components I'm using which doesn't have a possibility to add a tabindex.

Please add a tabIndex property to the components.
