Expanding a collapsible column group when scrolled to the end does not update scrollbar

Description

Describe the issue.

  • igniteui-angular version: 3.0.x
  • browser: any

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open https://www.infragistics.com/angular-demos/grid/grid-collapsible-groups
  2. Resize window so there is horizontal scrollbar
  3. Scroll to the end
  4. Expand the last collapsible column group

Result

Only 3 child header are visible after expanding for Product Details

Expected result

There should be 4 child headers visible
