Splitter Indigo theme is not applied correctly

Description

Splitter colors in the samples for the Indigo theme do not reflect the correct colors according to the product that are seen in the dev demos.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open the igx splitter sample and change the theme to Indigo.
  2. Notice that the bar background color is based on the primary palette, whereas in the product it is based on the grays palette

Result

Bar is purplish

Expected result

Bar should be grayish
