Since yargs introduces easy-to-use way for extending config it should be used, because provide better developer experience without a lot of efforts.

Most probably this preset has to support babel, TypeScript, reader-md, baseliner-md, most popular resolvers, baseline and spec in one file (#14) and strategy-git in strcit mode (#69).
