Tooltip for long template names

It would be wonderful that task template buttons would have a hint, so when you hover the mouse over the button, the full text would be displayed in a tooltip. This is good when the text is so long that it gets cropped and can't be read.
Another improvement would be to copy the button text as the "free text" in the newly created task.

I'll change the name of the issue.
We are in the process of rewriting the frontend for tasks. Any outstanding bugs and enhancements for the old interface will be taken into account as we implement the new design.
