Tasks that have just been cloned not deleted correctly

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a task with any correct data.
2. Clone that task and fill it in with correct start/end times.
3. Save.
4. Now delete the original task.
5. Save again. You will see that the OK message doesn't appear.
6. Reload the page, you'll realize that the task hasn't been deleted.

Workaround: once you reload, you'll be able to delete it correctly.

We are in the process of rewriting the frontend for tasks. Any outstanding bugs and enhancements for the old interface will be taken into account as we implement the new design.
