Feature request: "refresh all waypoints"

I'd like to see a command added that would go through my vault and refresh all Waypoints. This is sometimes necessary and I don't know why, but fairly often I come across a folder note that is improperly indexed. For example, perhaps I modified the files outside of Obsidian or who knows what the reason is. But I'd like to be able to say "rescan my vault and update all Waypoints."

It's being maintained in that I will continue to ensure it functions correctly with new Obsidian updates, but I am relying on external PRs for most feature requests due to not having much free time to spare!

OK, it looks like perhaps something I could try to play with implementing and pushing up. Good way to learn. But it will take me some time as I'm sporadic. Thanks!
