Allow waypoint in any note

We can use YAML to configure Waypoint. For instance, if we want to use Waypoint in a note that is located in a folder with a different name, we can add waypoint: true to the metadata. This ensures that the Waypoint plugin scans the note specifically, rather than scanning the entire vault for %% Waypoint %%.
