What do dependencies mean?

I think I understand but I'm struggling to come with an example to verify. Can you share one example of how you use dependencies in the singular dependency and multiple dependency case?

Maybe it's something like diet could be a dependency of fitness?

Yep, it's exactly that - in my case I use that to "bump up" some of the stuff you rarely explicitly tag in any tasks (e.i. Software Ergineering) to compliment all the stuff you tag all the time (e.i. Golang, Debugging, Test Driven Development, etc).

I never was quite happy with this system, and was wondering if this could be derived by having an archive of tasks and a classifier - take a bunch of task descriptions, figure out the clustering, let the user name these meta categories or derive the name somehow. Never got around to doing that.
