how to use IdentityServer3 in the webform with .net framework 4.0

I have trouble with this question.I can't find openid-connet and other dll on the nuget with .net framework 4.0.Has Anyone any advise?

but it is not for .net framework 4.0 .，much owin dll can't support .net framework 4.0 @brockallen

You will have to perform the protocol manually then. Follow the steps in the spec.
