Min files should not be part of repo

Usually min and bundle files are not part of repo. If I recompile my project, below files come up as changed:

        modified:   source/Core/Assets/Content/style.min.css
        modified:   source/Core/Assets/Scripts/Bundle.js
        modified:   source/Core/Assets/Scripts/Bundle.min.js
