How to specify static configuration for RPHandler?

Hi! I have manually registered my client with an OP and received the client ID and client secret. How do I initialize an RPHandler using these settings, i.e., without using dynamic discovery? It looks like the documentation doesn't provide any details on configuring the handler. Thank you.
