User has the ability to choose between full copyright or a Creative Commons license for the images (not logos) published.

User can not choose a license.

This needs some discussion between assigning it to someone or deciding for a milestone.

@elioqoshi I think this issue can be fixed with frontend alone (Maybe a template that allows you to chose licenses) @budaaaa what do you think?
