Change rules type / category to differentiate bugs, vulnerabilities and code smells

Hi,

I would like to categorise the issues by Bugs, Vulnerabilities, Code Smells.

@gaelfoppolo or @davidy4ng could you direct me to the source code I have to modify ? I would try to create a PR if possible.

Is anybody here is enough skilled to categorise the 187 rules based on their description ? I could try to do some classification based on the issue title.

If you can direct me to the piece of code that should handle it, I will try too. I read the sonar doc but not clear for me where you type the rules.
