A new one. .pb files for Taiko No Tatsujin: Chibi Dragon to Fushigi no Orb

Thanks to the help of the translator discord, we figured out how to access the files for Taiko No Tatsujin: Chibi Dragon to Fushigi no Orb. The pb files are for dialogue and are compressed archives.

Even though the issue does not follow our template, I will still work on it, since it seems easy enough. The archive is compressed with LZ11, a standard compression from the Nintendo SDK.

I'm currently unsure if this really is an archive. It may just be a script/text format. Depending on that, working on it may be suspended again until Kuriimu2 can handle text formats.
