Ability to replace icon in collection.

On right-clicking an icon, there should be a new collection action with label: "Replace icon"

On clicking on "replace icon" it should open finder/file-explorer and the user should be able to choose one svg icon file that replaces the correct icon in the collection.

The action should also be visible in the customize actions modal
