Changes to the name of an IDO resource are not detected by monitoring module

Describe the bug

When changing the Resource Name of an Icinga IDO resource, health status of Icingaweb2 turns to Unknown because those changes are not propagated to the monitoring module.

To Reproduce

1. Change the name of your currently used IDO Resource via Configuration->Application->Resources
2. Watch the interface display Cannot load resource config XY. Resource does not exist and System->Health/Monitoring Health turn to UNKNOWN

Expected behavior

Since monitoring is a core module of Icingaweb2, I would expect changes to the configuration to apply to both parts of the backend, the resource management as well as the monitoring configuration. Right now it is easily detectable and fixable but seems counterintuitive.
