Include timerange in report

At the moment it's not so clear just from looking at a report what result it is showing, especially if no breakdown is chosen.

The timerange (start date and end date) written in the report, for instance in the page header

Thanks for the report.

Adding the time frame is now possible with templates but there should be a good looking default template which includes this.
